Prospective Tenants must provide credit checks, employment/current landlord/character references and guarantor references for anyone on Housing Benefit/Universal Credit.

All applicants who will be claiming Housing Benefit/Universal Credit MUST provide details of a full time working, home owning friend or relative who is prepared to act as guarantor

We do not charge an administration fee for applications.

We have tenant money protection in place i.e. CMP and all Bonds are securely held in the Deposit Protection Scheme
